Mubasher: Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment (KMEFIC) reported on Wednesday KWD 65,140 ($215,080) in losses during the third quarter (Q3) of the year, versus profits of KWD 49,550 ($163,610), as shown by the company’s financial results.

In the nine-month period between the beginning of January and the end of September, the company achieved a 13.7% increase in profits to KWD 397,560, compared with KWD 394,710 for the same period last year.

The increase in profits was attributed by the company to higher commissions, according to a bourse filing.
